Hi there,

Typically a Fracture signs are redness, swelling, restriction in mobility, local rise in temperature and extreme pain. However, sometimes muscle pull or injury mimics the similar symptoms. In order to narrow down the diagnosis it is quite essential to consult an orthopedic at your earliest convenience who would like to order an X-Ray (radiograph) and clinically examine you. In the time, try to rest immobilize and place ice at the injured site. I hope it helps.
