Hello,

I may have to agree with your worry as hard lumps rapidly growing in size are typical signs of cancerous tumors. However, post menopausal bleeding could occur due to benign polyps, endometrial atrophy or hyperplasia and  cancers. Her doctors might be taking certain tests like blood hormonal levels, trans vaginal ultrasound and biopsy of endometrial lining and then only we can conclude any diagnosis.
