Hi there,

Thank you for posting your question. Most of the times, such kind of headache associated with vomiting in females appears due to Migraine that is triggered by travelling OR hormonal imbalance (prior to menstruation) OR stress etc. Typically, headache is one sided in nature or may also be associated with Eye pain/tears. If such symptoms appeared first time then just wait for another few weeks and see if similar episode appears again. If the same episode repeats then she needs complete evaluation through a neurologist. At present, no further medical interventions are required. Hope this helps.
