Hi there,If you could have shared symptoms information of the patients, this answer could be more relevant to above mentioned investigation reports.
Generally, Patients with mild-moderate Pulmonary Stenosis & pulmonary artery dilatation are usually asymptomatic and do not require any therapeutic intervention. Only thing is Chronic Renal Disease could result into severity of some symptoms (as we do not know the type and grade of kidney disease, It will be difficult to suggest anything precisely here).
