Hi there,Thank you for your question. Typically there is no perfect diet plan for diabetes as every individual's condition is different. However, there are few changes you can apply to make your diet more suitable in accordance to your diabetes status.
1. Eat dietery fibres rich food in daily meals.
2. Take 5-6 small meals in short interval. Avoid eating three big meals and just avoid eating carbohydrate rich diet 2 hours before sleep.
3. Eat whole grain, fruits (less sweet) and vegetables.
As most of the dieticians recommend just follow to include foods that have more nutrition value and less calories. Hope this helps.
