Hi there,

Every female's body behaves differently in menstruation. Some may bleed more or less, however it might be a concern if you are not sure that how much one may bleed during menstruation. First advice would be to consult a gynecologist in order to get a clear picture whether your menstruation is natural or they are heavy bleeding episodes. Your gynecologist may want to suggest you some hormonal pills (most of the times it occurs due to hormonal imbalance) or will treat underlying reproductive disorder that you may have.

Besides, it is very essential that you keep your nutrition high by taking Iron Rich diet, Vegetables, fruits and protein. I hope it helps.
