Hi there,

It is quite usual to have a armpit odor if your son has excessive sweating concern (hyperhydrosis) and it could be pretty natural as well. As of now, I would just recommend to use any branded antiperspirants, disinfectants soaps to minimize the odor since he is allergic to many things. It may subside by the time and if it doesn't just visit a nearest skin clinic to get some advice after his clinical examination. I hope it helps.
